hello all! currently writing to you from my new-to-me $120 orange leather sectional from habitat for humanity’s restore… seriously, that place is amazing.
as some of you may have heard thru the grapevine, me and my partner just bought a house. a 520 sqft house, to be exact, with no bedroom in sight. but we’ve been living in studio apts since 2019, so we are used to it! we actually ditched our mattress too… i’ll probably write a really long blog-style post on my patreon with tons of pics and project ideas for those interested sometime before may!
side note: i kinda can’t believe 520 sqft doesn’t qualify as a tiny home. i guess in some places, 400 is the cutoff? but 520 is still really small, believe me lol!
anyway, all that is to say things on my end have been really slow art-wise. homemaking is its own kind of art. BUT i do have this in progress flash sheet to share with you all… a secret treat! i drew this while hanging with my pal & angel’s recent guest artist, boy.panties (LUV THEM!!) these designs will go up on my site whenever i have my desk rebuilt.
hope everyone is enjoying the return of life that march is bringing to us… the sun and birds have been so refreshing. in the meantime, i’m just going to tinker away on this old house, so i can return to my art practice asap!
